Not only does it sit on top of the hill, its tropical design is elevated, thus taking in all the views, and catching the breezes. Of course a tropical home needs banks of louvre windows for really fantastic cooling breezes, this home has. Also a true tropical home needs a big veranda, big one out front, and huge entertaining one out back. Being a true tropical home one needs a really big kitchen, got one, separate air-conditioned dining area, got one, then how about a separate air-conditioned lounge room, got one. Wow, how about a double master bedroom, with huge walk in robe and modern en-suite, of course. What about double French doors leading from the lounge or master bedroom onto the massive rear veranda, yes? How about 2 more big bedrooms at the other end of the home with the main bathroom to service them, oh yeah. Are the floors tiled for easy cleaning and that tropical cool feeling, why yes, and are all the bedrooms air-conditioned, of course. What else could you want, why a full “granny Flat” of course with lounge room, bathroom, bedroom and a kitchen or storeroom, fully tiled and air-conditioned.One for the relatives or the teenage retreat, computer rooms, or home office. Parking for 4 cars under cover, huge block, to good to be true, come and see for yourself. Well below replacement price, even if you could find a hill in such a brilliant location, this is tropical living at its best.
